Delivery Confirmation Policy

PLEASE NOTE:
• You must cancel Renewal autoship Program orders prior to next shipment.
• Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded.
• Please be aware that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Negative Option Clause
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR $79.96 PER MONTH PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.
